3. Cancellation by Organizer

If the webinar is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, participants will have the option to : Attend the rescheduled session, or Receive a full refund.

4. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
